You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone.
For You & Me Community Outreach provides private, one-on-one conversations, honest perspective, human connection, and accountability for people navigating real life.
Real Conversations. Real People. Real Life.
What We Address
Support for Real Life
Life gets complicated. Sometimes you need a real person who will listen, talk it through with you, offer honest perspective, and hold you accountable when you need it.
Recovery & Alcoholism
If you're struggling with alcohol or navigating recovery, sometimes what you need most is a real person to talk to — someone who offers conversation, encouragement, human connection, and accountability without judgment.
Relationships
Dating, marriage, breakups, trust problems, family conflict, communication breakdowns, difficult decisions — whatever the situation, you can talk through it openly and honestly.
Loneliness & Isolation
Sometimes you just need a real person to talk to — someone who will listen without judgment and make you feel heard. That's what we're here for.
Financial Stress
Financial pressure affects every part of life. You can talk openly about the stress, the difficult decisions, and the weight that money problems can put on you and the people around you.
Accountability
Sometimes you need someone who will listen — but also respectfully challenge you, ask the difficult questions, and help you stay accountable for your own decisions and direction.
Everyday Life Challenges
Work, family, major life changes, mistakes, rebuilding, feeling stuck, lack of direction — if it's weighing on you and you need someone to talk it through with, this is the place.
About the Founder
Desmond Vaughn Liddell
Founder & CEO, D&D Midwest Solutions LLC
Desmond grew up around poverty and alcoholism and later faced his own struggle with alcohol. He knows what it feels like to go through difficult relationships, feel isolated, make serious mistakes, and reach points where it seems like nobody truly understands what you're dealing with.
One of those mistakes changed his life. After choosing to drink and drive, he was involved in a serious accident that left him with major injuries and more than a year in a wheelchair. He doesn't share that for sympathy or to excuse his decisions. He shares it because his own experiences helped shape a belief he holds deeply: that support and accountability can exist at the same time.
Desmond created For You & Me because he understands how valuable it can be to have a real person to talk to during difficult periods of life — someone who listens without immediately judging you, tells you the truth, and still stands beside you.
